The Center for Applied Management Practices, Inc., (CAMP) founded and incorporated in 1998, is located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, nearby the state capital, Harrisburg. Centrally located, CAMP is a little less than two hours from Washington DC and Philadelphia and less than 90 minutes from Baltimore, Maryland. CAMP is a federally recognized veteran owned small business whose President, Frederick Richmond, is a veteran. CAMP has offices in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and Denver, Colorado.
CAMP is affiliated with Temple University Harrisburg and Temple NEST (Nonprofit Evaluation Services and Training Center) and has collaborated to develop training materials and curriculum for training human service professionals.
CAMP is affiliated with Progress Resources Inc., a private non-profit organization that offers training, technical assistance and hands-on management support to private non-profit organizations.
CAMP is also affiliated with the Burnes Center on Poverty and Homeless at the University of Denver providing consulting services on several projects regarding persons who are homeless.
